48+ hours notice — No charge, rescheduled based on availability.
24–48 hours notice — $50 rescheduling fee applies.
Cancellations

Under 24 hours — 50% of booking fee.
No-show / inaccessible — Full booking fee.

All images are delivered within 3 business days of your shoot. Need them sooner? Reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.

You'll receive a shared Google Drive link with fully edited, high-resolution JPEG files — ready to upload directly to MLS, Zillow, your website, or social media.

Yes. All images are licensed for full use in MLS listings, online platforms, social media, print marketing, and your personal website. The license is for the listing agent's professional use.

Raw files are not included. You receive professionally edited, print-ready JPEGs optimized for both digital and print use.

Payment is collected via PayPal invoice upon delivery of your photos. No upfront deposit required for first-time bookings.

Drone services are coming soon. In the meantime, the daytime and twilight packages cover full interior and exterior ground-level photography.

We serve Palm Springs and the greater Coachella Valley, and are available for shoots up to 2 hours away. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the Valley — just ask.
